Job Description

  • Quickly learn the roles and infrastructure of the CCCLM organization along with the multiple stakeholders involved across different departments (i.e. marketing, analytics, etc).
  • Reports to a Director of Client Management but will be required to collaborate and interact with the entire CCLM Leadership Team and Client Managers.
  • Ad-hoc analytical tasks, such as spreadsheet review, data entry, data collection from emails, spreadsheets or forms and aggregation of such data etc.
  • Creation of ad-hoc reports involving client manager/portfolio performance.
  • Manage, track, and follow up on meeting requests, deliverables, and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with Excel including basic formulas/functions, V-Lookup, pivot tables, and the ability to quickly handle large amounts of aggregated data. Tableau Experience a plus.
  • Ability to juggle competing/multiple priorities and meet/exceed deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fast learner with a ‘go getter’ spirit.
