Job Description


As a Sr Strategy Manager, you will be part of a highly creative and customer-focused team responsible to oversee and realize an omni channel customer experience vision. You will be tasked to develop, maintain and educate on the vision of enabling an omni channel customer experience. You will provide and implement best practice approaches where needed. With support from key representatives across channels, you will be the main liaison with stakeholders across those channels to forge strong and trusting relationships. In addition, you will use these insights to support the Program Office to accelerate this vision and enable change management and adoption plans to meet the customized needs of each channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage omni channel vision and visual

• Provide thought leadership and best practices in realizing an omni channel end state experience

• Manage relationships across channels and support on loan representatives

• Influence stakeholders where change (people, process, technology) is required

• Be a strategic partner, partake in planning sessions, develop roadmap and ensure business alignment and interlock

• Remove strategic roadblocks and resolve challenges with adoption and risk

• Educate/Inform stakeholders and internal team members on channel progress via regular meeting facilitation or other forms of updates

• Oversee vendor relationship management and provide leadership on specific projects

Experience

• 10+ years of related work experience

• Demonstrated experience and success with strategic relationship management at an senior executive level

• Demonstrated experience in consuming large amounts of information and being able to synthesize into key themes and identify areas for action
