• Under direction of Senior Technologist, formulate blends of ingredients and run basic analytical physical testing. 

• Selected formulations to be evaluated in new process.

• Operate lab scale printing / coating equipment to deposit formulations on substrates and create prototypes for further testing

• Performance testing of new prototypes using internal testing methodologies

• Recording and documenting all observations and data

• Background knowledge in chemistry

• Experience in lab scale formulation with potentially hazardous materials (Confident in working safely with chemicals in fume hood)

• Good basic lab skills, measuring, weighing, record keeping, physical testing, computer literate
