Job Description
Contract duration: 8 months
Pay rate: 15.20/hr
Responsible for reviewing and processing account maintenance mailings on behalf of Trust Accounts. The Administrator will support the Trust Operations team in various aspects relating to document management. Responsibilities include: reviewing daily files and coordinating mailings with various groups/vendors, reviewing incoming mail items, identifying accounts and looking up Administrator information for handling.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the related field
- Familiarity with trust accounts or documents
- Must have excellent attention to detail, organized and able to use current technology tools to find answers
- Self-starter and client focused
- Banking or financial industry experience is a plus
