Qualifications

Position Details:

Title: Contracts Negotiator

Duration: 12 month (may extend)

Location: Reston, VA


Responsibilities:

• Negotiate technology agreements and government contracts, including EULAs, Support & Maintenance, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services, SOWs, Subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Strategic Alliance and other channel agreements. 

• Support the RFP team and FED/GHE Sales teams to ensure legally-compliant and accurate proposals are submitted. 


Qualifications: 

• 4-7+ years of contract drafting and negotiations experience or advanced degree (e.g., MBA not JD) and 3-5 years of experience 

• In-house legal department experience is strongly preferred
