Position Details:

Title: Quality Assurance Tester

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: 6 – 12 month (may extend)

Summary: 

• 5 plus years of experience in a Quality Assurance.

• 3+ years of experience in Python scripting languages.

• Knowledge of Video Automation tools, IR Emitters 

• Worked on IPTV/Cable/Sattelite/Terrestrial bases STB

• Complete knowledge of all the features available in STB

• Good knowledge of EPG,VOD,PVR(DVR)

• Worked on DVB specifications

• Understanding of networking components (i.e., Routers, Switchers, LAN topology, Ethernet, SNMP, IGMP, TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast , Unicast)

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve IP network troubles in the physical, data link, and network layers. 

• Knowledge of test management tools like HPQC and bug tracking tools like Jira
