Job Description:
· 5+ Years Agile Team Coaching Experience

· 3+ Years Experience participating on an Agile Team

· Knowledge of and Experience utilizing Agile within a project

· Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project

· Knowledge of Agile Project Controls

· User Stories and Requirements Gathering

· Estimation of User Stories

· Prioritization

· Product Owners

· Agile Metrics

· Team Kick-Off

· Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum

· Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban

· Experience with Team Foundation Server for Agile Work Planning

· SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) and a mixture of CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CPO (Certified Product Owner), CSP (Certified Scrum Professional), and other Lean / Agile / DevOps certifications
