Job Description

ob Title: Provider Communications Specialist
Location: Mason, OH
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Rate: $25.00/ hour on W2
Shift Hours: 8AM-5PM (Start time is negotiable to 9 am)

Job Description:
• DM discount roll-out: Writing FAQs, writing content for the claims system, potential training materials
• Provider receivables: Working cross-functionally to determine the best strategy to communicate our new policy of collecting overpayments from providers; will include articles, provider manual copy, job aids, CCC FAQs
• Medicaid expansion: Execution of existing communications as new markets are added

Qualifications

Specific Skills Needed: 

Strong writing and editing skills, agency management, project management skills/experience, experience with web CMS (WordPress) a plus, attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Additional Information

An temp resource is needed to assist the Communications Manager in planning, writing and execution to support these business expansion programs. Without additional support, initiatives such as the provider receivables program, which will help the company collect funds owed to us by providers, the roll-out of discount transactions through the lab network and expansion of the Medicaid program will not receive the strategic communications support needed, putting related
