Colby Community College is located in northwest Kansas, approximately 50 miles from the Nebraska and Colorado borders. From a humble beginning of the 99 students in 1964, CCC now serves more than 1900 students annually.

Job Description

Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Practical Nursing Instructor at the Norton campus. Duties include classroom and clinical instruction.  In addition, the successful candidate will assess student learning and the application of course objectives and competencies. Participation in various professional activities and recruiting and advising students is expected. Integrity, innovative thinking, understanding of the rural community college, and ability to work as a team is necessary.

SALARY

Beginning in the mid-30s, depending on credentials

Qualifications

  • Current Kansas RN license and CPR certification required.
  • BSN or active progress towards a BSN preferred.
