Job Description

We, at CoinStats, are seeking a dynamic Web3 Technical Support Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about the cryptocurrency space and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is tailored for you. Join us in providing exceptional support to our 1 million+ users and be a part of our innovative journey in the crypto world.

💻 Your weekly/monthly responsibilities will be:

  • Providing high-quality user support and consultancy on CoinStats, handling general inquiries and complaints.
  • Testing and reproducing all the bugs and issues reported by the platform users, immediately escalating serious complaints and issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
  • Participation in creating user self-service materials and tools for users, content writing.
  • Involvement with the operational delivery and UAT if required for new product and feature releases.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Excellent crypto knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Sound judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast in learning and executing daily work.
  • Technical background is a must.
  • Previous experience in customer/user-facing roles is a must.
