The main goal of this role is

Implementing a product growth strategy, leading the powerful team, and ensuring the success of the company by constantly developing all product-related areas.

As a Head of Product Management, you will be part of executive management and report directly to the CEO, also you will closely work with all departments. This job is full-time and remote (time zone GMT+4).

Your weekly/monthly responsibilities will be

• Ensuring the proper and effective functions of the product team

• The following day to day product activities and finding product improvement areas

• Developing and improving product strategy with the collaboration of product and executive team

• Overseeing the innovation and making required steps for product modification and synchronization with strategy

• Aligning the product strategy with all relevant departments by closely communicating with leads

• Participating in the recruitment process of a product team as a hiring manager

• Investigating and analyzing product market, trends to identify more opportunities for the company

• Resolving possible strategical issues and giving additional support to the product team

• Close communication with Product Data Analytics and Marketing teams to apply Data-Driven approach to product strategy.

• Setup user research best practices in the product team, including user behavioral analysis, A/B testing, user interviews and other.

• Solid experience in working with top product management tools.

• Clear understanding of Agile practices in Product Development and Plan the Product Roadmap according to resources available maintained by the Project Management team.

The required skills that will help you to go to the moon with our team

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management on multi-platform applications, from which 2 years in the crypto field is a must,

• Good understanding of crypto, DeFi and NFT market is a must

• Good communication skills both written and verbal is a must

• Strong leadership, strategic skills, and empathy is a must

• A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills is a must

• Being result-oriented and visionary is a must

• Excellent time management and planning skills is a must

• A product management certification is a plus
