Job Description

We, at CoinStats, are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lead Front-End Engineer with an inspiring attitude to work with the latest tools, trends, and practices to constantly deliver a top-notch product to our 1mln+ customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Web Front-End team

  • Lead technical architecture, coding standards, tech documentation and other team policies

  • Act as a Hiring Manager for the Web team - assist in setting up the technical interviewes and participate on such to hire the best Talents

  • Manage individual team members, both junior and senior, encouraging their professional growth and maximizing their potential contributions

  • Accountable for the team’s performance, work satisfaction and growth

  • Take on CI/CD and Release Management processes

  • Collaborate with the product team to evaluate a product experience holistically, identify next steps and deliver features that make up the product

  • Take on various tasks to support different processes and needs

  • Collaborate directly every day with designers and developers

  • Implement both existing and new user-facing functionalities to ensure all components and the overall project is robust and easy,

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements,

  • Ensure the reliability of both quality and organization, deadlines,

  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in JavaScript

  • Previous experience working as a Lead Front-End Engineer

  • Good communication skills and problem-solving mindset

  • Strong proficiency in DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

  • Knowledge of Next.js is a big plus

  • Experience with RESTful APIs

  • Solid Experience with user interface design, browser-based debugging and performance testing software

  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development processes

  • Good knowledge of technical and verbal English
