We at CoinStats are looking for an Agile Project Manager to oversee, track, and report on all phases of the project, including concept/ideation, requirements, iterative development, testing, and production launch.

Your weekly/monthly responsibilities will be:

• Productively facilitate team events

• Establish self-organizing teams by constantly improving processes

• Have Strong Communication and negotiation skills

• Ensure team execution and delivery to committed milestones or sprint work- maintain the momentum of the project and uphold a sustainable pace of delivery

• Report progress against plan to a wide range of stakeholders

• Create roadmaps, plans, and scrum boards

• Coach and empower the team while providing transparency to the connection between measurable outcomes, plans, and delivered work

The required skills that will help you to go to the moon with our team:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, scrum, or any agile methodology

• A bachelor's degree preferably in business or engineering

• Knowledge of agile frameworks such as: Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban

• Strong knowledge of process tailoring

• Natural ability to plan ahead of time and take proactive measures to solve challenges and bottlenecks

• Exceptional attention to details while shuffling multiple tasks to successful completion

• Ability to be a proven team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communications skills

• Result-oriented, problem-solver having the ability to come up with creative solutions to problems
