Job Description

Responsibilities of Client Hiring Recruiter:

Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor.

 

·         Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system.

·         Screen, source and evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting candidate interviews to develop an understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.

·         Create an effective annual recruitment strategy based on historical hiring trends and market analysis

·         In conjunction with Hiring Manager and HR partners, develop an effective and compelling presentation to brand the job and to prospective candidates.

·         Following defined phone screen templates for designated roles, qualify candidates for fit against the defined competencies and criteria for the role. Conduct effective phone assessments daily.

·         Develop and manage strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

·         Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or hiring manager interview).

·         Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.

·         Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Talent Acquisition Lead Team.

·         Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.

Qualifications

·         High Volume Recruiting

·         Class Hiring Recruiting experience- very high volume

·         Sourcing

·         Minimum of 3-5 years direct, relevant and recent experience in recruiting

·         High volume or class experience preferred. Search firm, Agency or corporation is a plus.

·         Demonstrated ability to recruit individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on compensation required.

·         Demonstrated passion for recruitment in a high volume hiring environment

·         Strong assessment and interviewing skills and a solid command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes required.

·         Track record of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables

·         Superb organizational and follow-up skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work for multiple team members while maintaining the highest quality

·         Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage situations independently

·         Experience working with managers and teams

·         Sound judgment and discretion

·         Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and database systems required

·         Knowledge of web-based candidate tracking system management and reporting preferred

·         (Workday experience is a PLUS)
