Job Description

Responsibilities-

1)Should have excellent English drafting skills and knowledge of MS Office for drafting of letters and official correspondence / reports.

2) Managing outbound calls and customer service inquiries.

3) Proven customer support experience.

4) Carefully identify problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment

5) Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

6) Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

7) Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

8) Excellent communication and presentation skills.

9) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

10) Give accurate direction and support to team leaders to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals

Mandate-

Should have outbound technical support process experience for atleast 6months.

Education-

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
