As an HR Operations Executive / Sr. Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating various HR operational processes to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience. You will be responsible for handling tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, communication, and more. Your meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • The Strategic HR Manager ensures alignment of HR practices with business goals, fostering a positive workplace and driving organizational success. Below is a concise overview of his roles and responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning and Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Drive organizational development and change management processes
  • Be an advisory to business heads on Human capital management and company policies
  • Drive Change management initiatives
  1. Talent Management
  • Develop retention strategies to curb attrition  
  • Manage Performance management process and conduct regular reviews.
  • Identify training needs and develop employee development programs.
  • Lead succession and growth initiatives
  1. Employee Engagement and Culture
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and conduct satisfaction surveys.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  1. Compensation and Benefits
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation structures.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure packages meet employee needs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Lead payroll initiatives

 

  1. Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies related to HR.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  1. Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on HR-related matters.
  • Use data analytics to drive strategic HR decisions.
  1. Technology and Innovation
  • Implement and manage HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Leverage technology to streamline HR processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and statuary compliances.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience with HR software and tools for managing HR processes and data.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
