Job Description

Are you a storyteller? Are you an organized, flexible, entrepreneurial, outside-the-box thinker? Do you want to learn and grow your career as part of a fast-growing team? Then we want to hear from you!

Coffman Engineers is looking for the right individual to support the internal and external communications, marketing, and business development needs of our Anchorage office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for writing, public relations, and relationship building to join our team. Each proposal is custom written, working from various InDesign templates. The response could be a single page or 50 pages. It could be a response in SF330 format or an architect’s request for qualifications. Every situation is unique. You need to be able to adapt and conquer!
  • Maintain up-to-date data in various locations including Coffman’s CRM, marketing database, backlog database, and more.
  • Support a variety of local and corporate marketing and BD initiatives.
