Job Description
The Role
Coface is seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to build and scale high-impact partnerships that accelerate growth and strengthen our market position. This role will play a critical part in identifying, structuring, and executing partnership opportunities that drive revenue, expand pipeline, and create competitive differentiation across key industry verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong sales leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across executive and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Design, implement, and own a comprehensive framework for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships
- Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that deliver the fastest speed-to-market and highest return on investment
- Develop and structure revenue‑share and commercial models for new partnerships to support Coface’s sales and profitability objectives
- Own and clearly communicate the partnership strategy and execution plan across internal stakeholders, including the Executive Team
- Drive pipeline growth through partnership-led motions such as referrals, resellers, co-sellers, and channel partners
- Support the development of scalable business strategies that create competitive advantage across multiple industry verticals
- Evaluate opportunities by industry vertical and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic fit
- Identify and engage external alliances and supply chain partners to enable an integrated logistics vision in high-growth markets
- Forecast business impact by industry, factoring in projected growth rates and adoption expectations
- Track, monitor, and report on partnership contributions to pipeline growth and net-new opportunities
- Gather insights and input from key stakeholders, including customers, industry leaders, and cross-functional internal teams
- Stay informed on industry trends, particularly changes impacting supply chains and market volatility
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience; background with SaaS insights or data-driven products strongly preferred
- Minimum of three years in client relationship management within credit insurance or financial institutions; global business experience is a plus
- Experience in Last Mile, Final Mile, or Omnichannel environments is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of commercial and contract structures, with the ability to balance pricing and risk during negotiations
- Knowledge of Credit Risk Management and Project Management is a plus
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience developing and delivering sales pitch decks
- Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and forward-thinking mindset
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and support organizational change
- Skilled negotiator focused on achieving win‑win, value‑added outcomes
- Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S.
