Job Description

MISSION :

The Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end hiring while driving proactive sourcing strategies across the APR region. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment with strong active‑sourcing capabilities to identify, engage, and convert top talent—especially passive candidates—who align with Coface’s evolving workforce needs. By partnering closely with hiring managers and HR, the Recruiter will design targeted search strategies, ensure a high‑quality candidate pipeline, and deliver a positive and professional candidate experience. This position plays a key role in strengthening the region’s talent capabilities and supporting Coface’s growth ambitions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source potential & relevant candidates using social media, professional networks, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct proactive searches to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source according to the filter given by the recruiter (keywords, criterias…)
  • Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters.
  • Screen and prequalify candidates to determine qualifications and conduct initial interviews.
  • Manage candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate data.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and promote Coface as an attractive place to work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master's in Human Resources or related fields.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in recruitment (experience in Financial/TCI industry and multicultural/international corporate environment will be a plus)
