Job Description

As part of our commercial development, we are seeking a Broker Sales Representative dedicated to the development and management of our broker network in Belgium.
Your primary mission will be to strengthen our presence in this strategic market, support brokers in promoting our credit‑insurance solutions, and actively contribute to the growth of the portfolio.

1. Commercial Development & Broker Management

  • Achieve individual sales targets by developing the relationship between Coface and its brokers
  • Build tailored commercial action plans adapted to broker needs
  • Quote business opportunities in a timely fashion and promote cross sell among product lines to maximize overall contribution.

2. Business Monitoring & Reporting

  • Ensure regular follow-up of commercial activity (meetings, proposals, pipeline).
  • Analyze broker potential and recommend actions to strengthen performance.
  • Update and maintain CRM and internal systems regularly.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Sales Management team.

3. Training & Network Animation

  • Organize product training sessions and dedicated events for brokers.
  • Support brokers in understanding, promoting, and selling our products.
  • Attend industry events, trade fairs, and other key market gatherings.

Represent the company externally as a true ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in credit insurance or factoring in collaboration with brokers
  • Solid knowledge of the Belgian market and broker ecosystems.
  • Ability to build trust‑based relationships, strong advisory skills, and a genuine appetite for business development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including CRMs and analytical tools.
  • Ability to follow processes diligently.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French (highly preferred) and English.
