Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven MM Direct Sales Manager to lead our direct sales operations in Konya, Türkiye. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee dynamic sales, drive revenue growth, and establish strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on sales expertise, motivating the team to exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and monitor team performance against key performance indicators
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and accounts
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure effective opportunity tracking using CRM systems
  • Conduct onboarding and training programs for new sales team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of proven direct sales management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Advanced skills in sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer relationship management expertise
  • Banking Experience
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments 
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the Turkish market and local business practices
  • Preferred: Multilingual capabilities (Turkish and English fluency is advantageous)
