Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to establish contact with potential policyholders and present Coface’s services and products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing the telemarketing action plan by researching and preparing key data to acquire new policyholders
- Establishing contact with potential policyholders and identifying their needs
- Presenting branch services and other Coface products to prospective clients
- Identifying and implementing improvements in the calling process to create a more efficient approach to acquiring new clients
- Providing support to sales representatives, account managers, and other departments as needed
- Preparing various reports and statistics, processing, maintaining, and archiving records and business documentation related to the role
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures of the Branch and the Group
Qualifications
Education and experience requirements:
- Higher vocational education (previous system)
- Higher professional education in economics, administration, or another relevant field, and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
or - General secondary education
- Secondary technical or other professional education in economics, administration, or another relevant field, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Functional knowledge:
- English: Independent user
- Croatian/Serbian: Basic user
- Good knowledge of MS Office
