Job Description

MISSION:

Support sales team and regional leaders to manage operations aspects of commercial team, ensuring CRM hygiene, providing sales KPI reports, managing attainment and commission calculations, and supporting day-to-day commercial operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage CRM and sales operations activities, including policy creation and tracking
  • Provide regular internal and external reporting, support risk & compliance matters, and manage adhoc projects
  • Calculate quarterly attainment and commissions for sales team
  • Prepare materials for reporting calls to regional and Group management
  • Manage contract repository, templates, and deviations, liaising with legal counsel as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of sales tools and technologies
  • Facilitate training sessions on CRM usage, sales processes, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and commercial operations

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including proficiency in Excel
