Job Description

  • Manage relationships with international insurance clients and brokers via calls, emails, and meetings,
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions,
  • Coordinate with Global Program Leaders across Coface’s international network,
  • Prepare and implement insurance agreements and renewal annexes in English,
  • Offer solutions based on local market specifics,
  • Use internal systems dedicated to the Global Solutions segment,
  • Create reports, statistics, and portfolio analyses,
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures (e.g. Know Your Customer) and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Communicative proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B1 level),
  • Knowledge of financial products, preferably in the area of trade credit insurance,
  • Commercial experience in the financial sector (B2B segment),
  • Higher education (preferred fields: economics or finance),
  • Customer orientation,
  • Independence and excellent self-organization skills.
