We are looking for a new colleague for the Human Resources Administrative & Reporting Specialist position in Romania!

Job Description

  • Work with local payroll service provider to ensure that the employee life cycles is accurately reflected in the payroll;
  • Investigating and resolving payroll issues in order to ensure strict compliance with company standards and Romanian labor legislation;
  • Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation;
  • Input and maintain accurate information into the HR Application System database;
  • Supports the salary and bonus review proceses and HR budgeting process and forecast;
  • Prepares monthly comprehensive Staff cost Actual vs Budget analysis;
  • Develops standard metrics, dashboards, and reports using employee and process data;
  • Ensures a smooth communication with the employee benefits providers.
  • Ad-hoc reporting.
  • Process management for HR administration and payroll in all HR related activities (hiring, firing, contract changes, suspensions, benefits administration, salaries);

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in a HR Administration  and  payroll position in a fast-paced environment required;
  • Strong expertize in HR reporting;
  • Labor legislation knowledge;
  • Advanced MS Office package (especially Excel);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to handle and analyse complex data, synthesize relevant conclusion;
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving;
  • Ability to work independently.
