Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager – Business Information to join our team in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Coface’s Business Information products (credit risk solutions, financial reports, credit opinions, etc.) to top companies across various industries.
  • Evaluate sales opportunities and present Coface services to potential customers, focusing on market penetration and profit growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key clients’ needs, prepare customized solutions, and manage accurate pricing and quotations.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive product knowledge for commercial use, and prepare estimates and tenders in line with sales and pricing policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for new customers, from contract signing to account activation.
  • Maintain communication with internal departments to identify all sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local Commercial teams and Insurance and Debt Collection divisions to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in information sales, credit insurance, fintech, or data organizations.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of business, financial products/services, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
