We are looking for a new colleague for Business Intelligence Specialist CEE!

Location: Bucharest

Direct responsible for managing the life cycle of business intelligence and reporting systems at the regional level –CEE- including defining requirements, data modeling, functional database monitoring and optimization, creating reports.

The position has a key approach to transform raw data into meaningful and useful information which will enable more effective, strategic, tactical, operational insight and decision making.

• Strong background in relational database (SQL Server/Oracle) and PL/SQL programming

• 3-5 years strong experience in Business Intelligence (Business Objects / Cognos), Business Objects Design Studio (SAP), Reporting, and SQL development.

• Advance proficiency in Power BI (or Tableau) and PL/SQL

• 3+ years of experience working with Relational Database Management Systems and experience in building complex business intelligence solutions dashboards

• The demonstrated ability to thing strategically while also being thorough and detail oriented is instrumental in this position.

• Skills in leading a team based staff in a decentralized and/or matrixed environment and the ability to thrive in a changing environment is a plus.

• Experience with Finance reporting is a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (advanced)

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
