Job Description

AUTONOMY is the tool for subscribing to and managing the contractual offer of Credit Insurance. The application covers the various stages of the subscription process (entry of the prospect's questionnaire, customer study, contract pricing, management of commercial underwriting exceptions) and contract management (contract activation, endorsement/renewal management, contract termination).

One of the major features of the tool is the ability to select contractual clauses according to the prospect's needs. Thus, AUTONOMY is connected to CLAUSE BOOK, a tool that stores the texts of Credit Insurance clauses and offers a global translation validation workflow.

Moreover, AUTONOMY is connected to Contract Hub, the repository for Coface contracts and their technical variables for Java/J2EE applications. It is fed by XML flows from the contract management tools of the various Coface entities worldwide, and is responsible for data backup, functional validation of the contract flow, as well as the return of information to other applications.

 

We are looking for a senior or experienced Solution Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of our IT solutions. Previous experience as a confirmed developer is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

Needs Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications

Solution Design:

  • Develop innovative and efficient technical solutions to meet identified needs
  • Ensure compatibility and integration of solutions with existing systems

Development and Implementation:

  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and development expertise to project teams

 

Testing and Validation:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during and after implementation

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications

  • Oral and written English and French needed
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proven experience in software development (former confirmed developer)
  • Excellent understanding of development methodologies and software lifecycle
  • Strong skills in requirements analysis and solution design
  • Deep knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of SQL and technical skills are required, knowledge of Java is a plus
