    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Global HR Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our HR initiatives.

    Role purpose:

    As a Global HR Specialist, you will be responsible for creating impactful presentations, managing HR projects, and ensuring consistent follow-up and monitoring. Your focus will include HR analysis and reporting, engagement projects and newsletters, as well as end-to-end project management to enhance employee engagement across the organization.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

     

    • Conduct HR analysis and reporting activities
    • Conduct high level power point presentations upon request
    • Develop presentations to effectively communicate project ideas
    • Manage HR projects from initiation to completion
    • Implement engagement projects and internal newsletters
    • Implement end-to-end project management processes
    • Foster employee engagement initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR roles such as compensation and benefits, HR specialist, or HR generalist
    • Mastery of PowerPoint presentations
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Proven experience in implementing end-to-end HR projects
    • Previous experience in a multinational company preferred
    • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in professional English; French language proficiency is a plus
    • Fast-paced and detail-oriented approach to work
