Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Global HR Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our HR initiatives.
Role purpose:
As a Global HR Specialist, you will be responsible for creating impactful presentations, managing HR projects, and ensuring consistent follow-up and monitoring. Your focus will include HR analysis and reporting, engagement projects and newsletters, as well as end-to-end project management to enhance employee engagement across the organization.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR analysis and reporting activities
- Conduct high level power point presentations upon request
- Develop presentations to effectively communicate project ideas
- Manage HR projects from initiation to completion
- Implement engagement projects and internal newsletters
- Implement end-to-end project management processes
- Foster employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR roles such as compensation and benefits, HR specialist, or HR generalist
- Mastery of PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proven experience in implementing end-to-end HR projects
- Previous experience in a multinational company preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in professional English; French language proficiency is a plus
- Fast-paced and detail-oriented approach to work
