• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan of company as assigned by marketing lead
• Start-up the new projects, developing and following to the end of certain marketing strategies
• Assisting in analysing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies
• Conducting market research to find out customer requirements and sector trends
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development & optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Communicating with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Assisting to use or find different channels to create additional values

• Improve digital customer experience by functional, design and contextual improvement on digital marketing channels

• Implement conversion optimization via marketing automation tools, website, CRM and social media pages

• Align with multiple teams within Coensio, including Sales, Product, Customer Success

• Degree in related fields such as Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication and Economy
• Up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing and digital trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Analytical thinking & customer focused
• Excellent command of written and spoken English: Verbal & written
• Well-organized, detail and time oriented
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing
• Well organized, passionate, self-motivated
• Able to use computer programs including other marketing tools & MS Office etc.
• On-site position-Resident in Istanbul
