Coensio is located in Beyoglu / Istanbul and we are a pre-assessment platform for technical job hirings. Our aim is to reduce time-to-hire for companies we are working with as well as unlocking the potentials out of candidates pool.

We are currently working with global clients. Such as; Walmart, Tesla, Binance, eBay, N11, Mercedes-Benz, Deloitte, Teleperformance, Burgan Bank and more. We have hundreds of global customers to serve in the house! 

We are looking for a full time Lead Generation Specialist to join our team to support the growth of the Coensio in EMEA Region business by prospecting and developing potential leads.

You will be part of the Coensio Sales and Marketing team while working closely with sales team and various stakeholders across the region. This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

• is fluent in English (both oral and written). Any additional European language is an asset.
• thinks of marketing and sales as essential partners in growth and ready to work cross-functional teams.
• has a curious mindset and a passion for learning.
• takes ownership and has great communication skills.
• has recently graduated. 1 - 3 years’ experience in marketing or B2B sales context, logistics industry experience is a plus.
• has a university degree.
• can work with MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word). Any data visualization tool (Power BI, etc.) and SQL knowledge is a plus.
