Core responsibilities include a variety of office and finance functions:
Office:
- Place calls//screen calls
- Schedule meetings,
- Order of office supplies and inventory management
- Online Research,
- Lead Generation,
- Contact Database Management
- Data Entry, Copy / Paste / Excel
- Email Coordination / Follow-Up
- Transcription Services
- Simple Calls / Appointments
- Calendar Management / Travel Arrangements
Finance:
- Accounts Receivable: Create/send invoices,
- Accounts Payable: Enter/pay bills (checks and digital payments)
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of English and French is a must
- Experience with MS Office Suites (Word, Excel) and Mac Applications (Keynote)
- Experience with Google Docs and Spreadsheet
- Tech Savvy
