Job Description

CoEnterprise is seeking a Support Associate for its Support Services Team. This role is a work from home position. The ideal candidate will be based in the Des Moines, Iowa area to be accessible for team meetings. 

The candidate will:

• Provide white glove L1, L2 and L3 technical support services for B2B integration technologies

• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve business critical system issues under pressure

• Give expert advice and guidance to customers on advanced B2B technologies and concepts

• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times

• Uphold and be held accountable for meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Facilitate post-outage reviews (POR), create Service Incident Reporting (SIR), and develop and deliver Root Cause Analysis

• Provide technical mentoring to customers and peers

• Carry an on-call pager for 15 days per month to handle after hours and production critical issues


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of Windows, LINUX or UNIX (Solaris, HPUX)

• Experience with file transfers (FTP, or SFTP and HTTP)

• Passion for technology, adaptable, and the desire to continually learn new skills

• Team player with the desire to help others

• Self-driven, self-motivated, and the ability to get things done

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills both written and verbal

• Ability to document detailed step by step instructions on technical topics

• Experience working with database technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, or MySQL a plus

• Knowledge of B2B and/or ESB platforms are a plus

• Experience with trading partner onboarding, mapping, communications (VAN, AS2, HTTP), ANSI and XML standards are a plus

• Experience with Sterling Integrator/ Gentran Integration Suites are a plus
