The candidate will:

·        Subject matter expert in Alteryx and Tableau Prep Builder workflows 

·        Handles all technical escalations from the internal team or the external partner 

·        Develops/validates migration processes 

·        Migration sprint planning 

·        Analysis of alternate methods for migration 

·        Resolution of technical blockers 

·        Responsible for quality standards on technical tasks 

·        Process Improvement 

·        Oversee the management of onshore and offshore technical assignments 

·        Explain and justify in-scope/out-of-scope technical determinations 

·        Manage technical assignments 

·        Establish required skillsets for project assignments 

·        Provide hands-on development in the analysis, design, and development of workflows 

Qualifications

·        5+ years in a technical leadership role with experience working with teams of > 15 members, preferably including offshore development resources 

·        Trusted Partner - Build close and trusting relationships with client counterparts 

·        5+ years data modeling & ETL development 

·        Exceptional Alteryx and Tableau Prep Builder skills

·        Ability to lead an Agile development 

·        Technical configuration of infrastructure and workloads 

·        Tableau Server experience
