Job Description

  • Be the primary leader responsible for the setup and execution of our CRM, Salesforce
  • Support sales leadership and Company leadership to drive business and its follow up in Salesforce, from pipeline to closed deal through contract follow up
  • Support the sales team for deal and quote creation in Salesforce
  • Manage a team of motivated sales operations analysts
  • Support and assist Sales Leadership in achieving our annual bookings targets including renewals and new sales
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Develop and manage initiatives leveraging Salesforce in support of sales operations customer support
  • Manage and facilitate integrations with our Salesforce instance – (e.g. HubSpot, Services, etc.)
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales pipeline reports
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business reporting packages including KPIs and business metrics
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to gain deeper insights into our sales performance, customer and business trends and define levers for business growth
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application Salesforce Admin/ development teams
  • Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support a growing organization
  • Ensure Salesforce data integrity of business opportunities, accounts, contacts, and territories

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding and experience with our CRM, Salesforce, as well as integrations and business tools. 
  • Salesforce ADMIN certification is a very strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a Sales Ops / Business Ops capacity building operational infrastructure and revenue efficiency for high-growth SaaS and/or Services technology firms
  • 2+ years experience managing a sales operations team and function
  • Clear, concise and solution-focused communication
  • Advanced analytical & Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets
  • Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and sales processes
  • Highly organized, and adept at prioritizing (time management, managing multiple projects) with proactive sense of urgency
  • High level of personal drive, self-motivated and passionate
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experienced building strong cross-functional working relationships
