Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Programme Associate to support the planning, implementation, and management of various programmes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Programme Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of programme activities, monitor progress, and contribute to the overall success of the programmes.

  • Assist in the coordination and management of programme activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
  • Support the development of programme materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor programme progress, track milestones, and support in preparing regular updates for stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform programme strategies and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of programme activities, including participant information, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with programme participants, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and meetings related to the programme.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of programme processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Programme Associate role will have a solid background in
project management, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks and resources. They should have prior experience in supporting programme outcomes, with a keen ability to track progress and drive initiatives to successful completion. Strong organizational skills and effective communication are essential for liaising with multiple stakeholders and
maintaining programme momentum.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business Administration, Education).
  2. 2-3 years of experience in programme coordination, project management, or a related role.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Experience in supporting delivery of EdTech, or social impact training programme is a plus.
