About GoVote

First launched in 2015, GoVote is a platform and campaign to educate Nigerians on how to register to vote in the General Elections and to mobilise them to do so. Using Govote.ng as a focal point, we are proposing an aggressive voter mobilisation drive which aims to register 5,000,000 people by the 2023 elections. Leveraging technology and community networks, the project is targeted at mobilising young people aged 18 - 40, but also other demographics and blocks of people who would not ordinarily vote, to exercise their constitutional right to choose who they are governed by at all levels of government.

GoVote, a Project of Co-creation Hub, is a platform that uses innovation to bridge the gap between the government and its citizens by educating and simplifying the voting process and serves as information points to different categories of voters in Nigeria.
