1.GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Address: 5th floor, Van Ho Center, 51 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung Distric, Ha Noi
  • Working time: 40-44h/week, 8h30 – 17h30 from Monday – Friday​​​​

2. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree or higher degree
  • 2 - 5 years experience of SAP MM/SD/PP
  • Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
  • Good communication both English and Vietnamese

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in AMS/ Roll out/ Implementation projects
  • Receive and handle from customer’s incidents and change request.
  • Analyze new incident/change request and discuss with the key process owners to define the solutions or workaround actions.
  • Perform, test and document business processes configurations
  • Develop functional specifications and assist technical team in developing programs to meet functional requirements
  • Analyze customer business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to SAP solutions and processes to be implemented
