Our clients are at the heart of what we do and our focus is to ensure a fantastic client experience for all of our clients. You will be part of a vibrant enthusiastic team supporting our clients to remain in their own homes. Our clients have a range of different needs and no day is the same.

We are looking for domiciliary care staff to:

  • Provide personal care
  • Support clients with meal preparation
  • Support clients with trips out of the house
  • Provide companionship
  • Promote independence to our group of clients and enable them to stay in their own homes
  • Support clients with day to day tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of care

Skills and Qualities required:

  • Full driving licence and access to own car
  • Experience of care would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Desire to learn
  • A dedication to empowering clients and delivering fantastic customer experience.
  • A passion for client's dignity and care.
