Clover Health and Home Care is a growing homecare company registered with the CQC. We are passionate about delivering high quality person-centred care to people in their own homes. Our clients are at the heart of what we do and our focus is to ensure a fantastic client experience for all of our clients. You will be part of a vibrant enthusiastic team supporting our clients to remain in their own homes. Our clients have a range of different needs and no day is the same.
We are looking for domiciliary care staff to:
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with meal preparation
- Support clients with trips out of the house
- Provide companionship
- Promote independence to our group of clients and enable them to stay in their own homes
- Support clients with day to day tasks
- Maintain accurate records of care
Skills and Qualities required:
- Full driving licence and access to own car
- Experience of care would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Good communication skills
- Good time management
- Fluent in English
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- Desire to learn
- A dedication to empowering clients and delivering fantastic customer experience.
- A passion for client's dignity and care.
