Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst with experience in Cognos PowerHouse 4GL. The resource will provide support to the existing applications. The prospective candidate requires a broad knowledge of Client/Server technologies, proven PowerHouse programming 4GL experience, experience in development and maintenance of large applications, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to function within a team.

Requirements

-Experience in Cognos PowerHouse programming.

-Experience in OpenVMS DCL programming.

-Experience performing detailed analysis and design, including interaction with the users regarding their requirements.

-Experience as an analyst maintaining an existing, mission critical application, with significant batch processing functionality.

-Experience programming in QUICK, QUIZ and QTP.

-Experience with formal change management procedures.

-Experience in Open VMS Basic programming.

-Experience with identifying and communicating technical problems, processes and solutions.

-University degree, diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution

-Experience with using SQL Server and writing SQL queries

-Experience with Microsoft Excel
