Job Description
Our client requires a technical support analyst. As a key member of the Support team, you will be primarily responsible for providing first and second level technical, desktop, and application support to users.
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements:
-Directly related work experience in a Service Desk environment.
-Technical knowledge and experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows 7.
-Technical knowledge and experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Office 2007 or higher
-Technical knowledge and experience working with desktop PCs in a managed Enterprise Microsoft Windows Environment.
-Technical knowledge and experience implementing mobile devices.
-Experience with incident management software such as ITSM FrontRange.
Desirable requirements:
-Experience working with local and multi-function printers.
-Experience working with Microsoft SCCM in a managed Windows environment.
-Experience with computer imaging.
-Experience with remote access solutions in an enterprise environment.
-Experience with supporting video conferencing in a corporate environment. Experience with Tandberg or Cisco equipment using the H.323 standard and Microsoft Lync preferred.
-Experience with Microsoft Windows based tablet devices.
-A related University degree, diploma or certificate
