Job Description
The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing office equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, and delivering exceptional customer service daily.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair skills
- Troubleshooting and Field Service Abilities
- Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical certification or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Smart Office technology is a plus
Should have experience in compressors, PLC’s, dryers.
