Cloudastructure, Inc. is a cloud-based video surveillance and access control company that sells to Enterprises. We operate in a pivotal moment in the ‘Internet of Things’ market, as various similar companies such as Nest and Dropcam are being bought up. We are targeting enterprises in the way those aforementioned companies targeted residential sectors. We are located downtown Palo Alto (just 2 blocks away from the Palo Alto Caltrain Station) in an actual startup garage.  

We're a startup who is doubling our sales every 6 months.  We have won very legitimate customers, proving our solution in the market in a serious way.  We have just completed a small inside round and want to focus on growth for our proven technology platform.

We are all working for stock, hopefully for not much longer (cash = good).  We'll either get rich together and have yacht races in the Caribbean or flame out fabulously and meet for years to come to cry about it in a bar.

We provide video record and playback and the unlocking of doors from the cloud to any browser.

We need to move these interfaces to mobile apps.  iOS and Android.   We need live viewing, playback of recorded video, remote unlocking of doors (with some LBS, Location Based Services, to provide a short list of doors near the user).

All the back end is done, and you have an easy HTTP access to everything you need from it.
