Position Summary:

The Cloud Account Sales Executive will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase CloudRoute services. This list of customers will be generated from leads from the Company’s website along with prescreened leads from the pre-sales team and search engine marketing activity.

Essential Functions:

• Works directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services for customers to purchase cloud solutions and/or services.

• Educates customers on Microsoft Office365 and other CloudRoute product offerings and services.

• Explains pricing and answers questions from customers thus improving the customer experience and building value in the customer relationship.

• Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial contact.

• Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and/or services.

• Obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.

• Places outbound calls, send prospecting emails, answers inbound calls and emails

• Consistently meets departmental sales goals.

• Continues product education to better service customers.

• Maintains accurate daily record of calls and sales in activity tracker.


Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills:

• 4-5 years’ experience of sales in a high volume fast, paced environment; telesales a plus

• Previous experience selling cloud services preferred

• Bachelor’s degree a plus

• Strong customer service and telesales skills

• Experienced with Web Based Applications and Microsoft Office356, Azure, Cloud Solutions

• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities in a high-volume, fast paced environment

• Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

• Superior closing skills
