• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Product support/ Customer support
• CRM/ERP applications managing customer databases
• Integrations, MySQL/ Sql Database structures, Basics of APIs, and workflow.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Server, and MS Office
