Job Description

This is an overarching role, that involves managing a team and complete responsibility for CloudMoyo’s website as well as our digital presence. The key responsibilities are:

Website Management:

  1. Update and manage website content – familiarity with WordPress as a content management platform is required
  2. Familiarization with website optimization tools
  3. Update content regularly to maximize optimization and promote search engine rankings
  4. Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  5. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  6. Effective keyword research and analysis to generate web high traffic
  7. Prior experience in successfully developing and executing SEO growth on page & off page activities
  8. Developing link-building strategies and increasing digital footprints
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  10. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  11. Evaluate emerging technologies – provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  12. Oversee the marketing budget from a subscription and paid campaign perspective
  13. Collaborate with the finance team to set and stay within budget

Marketing Campaigns

  1. Knowledge of HubSpot to manage our marketing database and collaborate with the sales team to generate account status reports
  2. Leading marketing campaigns from ideation, and execution to implementation for consistent organic growth and lead generation
  3. Ownership of marketing targets to meet monthly MQL and SQL requirements
  4. Handling strategic online initiatives by running buyer journey and funnel-based paid social media and email campaigns
  5. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, webinars and display advertising
  6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  7. Conduct a complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  8. Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimize user funnels
  9. Promote CloudMoyo through collaborations with high quality influencer pages, blogs, sites and drive digital PR

Reporting, Analytics, and Funnel Management:

  1. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  2. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
  3. Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on website
  4. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  5. Conduct data Analysis via Google Data studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, and Google tag manager
