• 12+ years of experience
• Strong full stack experience, from front end to back end, including cloud and databases, the design of microservices based architectures and APIs
• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications
  • Should have good experience of developing Web Apps / designing Databases
• Expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server)
• Integration expertise using OpenAPI and AsyncAPI
• Experience working on Azure Cloud is a must
  • Must have experience of Cloud storage and other components like Service, Scheduler, Web app, Web Jobs
• Knowledge of Design Patterns
• Experience in creating connectors / adaptors for seamless integrations
• Exposure to customers/their needs, and lots of prior experience in architecture / design of software stacks for scale solutions is a huge plus
• Ability to negotiate technical requirements with global customers
• Ability to communicate with technical experts as well as functional teams
• Experience with non-functional requirements like performance, scalability and security
• Mentor Technical Teams
• Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
• Experience / exposure of designing integrations with ERPs and CRMs
• Experience with AI/ML/data science would be another big plus.
