Job Description

Skill 1 - Technical knowledge of desktop, laptop and other hardware
Skill 2 - Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
Skill 3 -Good knowledge of networking
Skill 4 Good knowledge of windows OS and applications
Skill 5 - Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, Good communication (both verbal and written) skills
Support:

Desktop, Laptop, printer, peripheral OS, applications and basic network issues.

This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware software and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.

The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.

Qualifications

Any Computer/ IT graduate or Post-Graduate
