•  Profile & Analyze Source Data (Mainframe Extracts, flat files, SQL Server, web Services etc.) usage using Informatica ETL.
•  Analyzing and evaluating data sources, data volume, and business rules.
•  Automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring.
•  Extraction, transformation and load of data using the ETL tools.
•  Configure/Script Business rules and transformation rules in Informatica.
•  Design, development of Reports and dashboards.
•  Understanding the data model, designing the model for EDW, mapping the data and running the ETL jobs.
•  Ensure appropriate level of Unit Test and System Test of all the deliverables
•  Defect fixes for System Test, Operational Acceptance Test and Production
 
Primary Skills: ETL development using Informatica Power Center v10+, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, UNIX, SQL
 
Secondary Skills: PL/SQL, Versioning Control, Data Analysis
 
Other Skills Required:
•   Good to have Knowledge of RailRoad Domain (not mandatory)
•   Experience in Design and implementation of complex ETL processes.
•   Proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
•  Good Understanding of traditional RDBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, etc.
•   Excellent problem solving, debugging, performance tuning skills
•   Proficient in Linux/Unix /Windows shell scripting
•   Excellent communication skills
•   Analysis and resolution of the DQ issues reported

Experience : 5 to 9 years
